Ages 6+ , Beginners, No Prerequisite Required
Level 1 builds the foundation for tumbling and cheer technique. Athletes will learn handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, forward and back rolls, backbend kickovers, front and back walkovers, and standing back handsprings.
This beginner-friendly class helps athletes develop strength, coordination, and body control while gaining confidence in basic skills. It’s the perfect starting point for anyone new to tumbling or preparing to grow into higher-level classes.
Prerequisite: Strong Level 1 Skills + Standing and/or Running Back Handspring
Level 2 is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics of tumbling and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Skills include jumps to back handspring, back walkover back handspring, standing and running back handsprings, back handspring series, front walkover round-off back handspring, and introduction to back tucks.
This class focuses on connecting skills, improving form, and introducing more advanced techniques in a supportive and safe environment.
Advanced Tumbling Progressions
These advanced levels push athletes to refine technique, connect advanced skills, and prepare for elite performance. Each progression ensures athletes build strength and confidence while safely advancing through higher-level tumbling.
Standing Tumbling Only
This class is focused exclusively on standing tumbling skills, helping athletes build strength, control, and confidence in their technique. Athletes will work on back handsprings, back tucks, jumps to standing tumbling, cartwheel back tucks, series back tuck/layout, and back handspring back tucks.
Designed for athletes preparing for tryouts or looking to sharpen their skills, this class emphasizes precision and consistency. Training on a dead floor ensures athletes are ready to perform with confidence in any setting.
Ages 6+ , All Levels
This class is perfect for athletes of all ages and skill levels — from beginner through elite. It’s also a great option for siblings, family, or friends who want to train together even if they’re at different levels.
Each class is tailored to the athlete’s abilities, ensuring everyone is challenged and supported at their own pace. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up advanced skills, this class provides the flexibility and structure to help every athlete succeed.
