Get ready to shine at our Drill Team Mock Tryout with Coach Macy on Saturday, January 24th from 2 PM–4 PM! This session is perfect for dancers of all levels who want to build skill, boost confidence, and step into tryouts feeling prepared. We’ll cover everything from pom dynamics and across-the-floor technique to full combo critiques and personalized feedback. Plus, you’ll get hands-on mock tryout experience to practice performing under pressure, so you walk into your real tryout feeling confident and ready to impress. These clinics are ideal for dancers and cheerleaders who want focused instruction in a supportive, high-energy environment. Athletes will work on skills including side aerials, front aerials, back walkovers, front walkovers, and a variety of other acro and dance-based elements. Whether your athlete is refining fundamentals or building toward more advanced skills, this clinic provides the perfect opportunity for growth!

HEC is excited to offer a specialized workshops focused on improving and mastering the back handspring and back tuck. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn these moves or an experienced athlete looking to perfect them, this workshop is for you.

We provide a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes can work on their skills at their own pace. Our experienced coaches will be working closely with each student to provide hands-on spotting and guidance, and we will use a variety of drills and repetition to help students improve.
