Join Houston Elite Cheer for Mocktails & Motions, an exclusive Adult Cheer Clinic designed for women ages 25 and up. Whether you cheered in high school or college and miss the energy, or you’ve always wanted to try it, this is your chance to reconnect with your inner cheerleader in a supportive, empowering environment. This 90-minute clinic will be led by the best HEC staff and features special instruction with Coach Nicole. Expect high-energy cheer motions, pilates-inspired movement, and plenty of smiles, all while enjoying festive mocktails in a fun, adult-only setting!

HEC is excited to offer a specialized workshops focused on improving and mastering the back handspring and back tuck. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn these moves or an experienced athlete looking to perfect them, this workshop is for you.

We provide a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes can work on their skills at their own pace. Our experienced coaches will be working closely with each student to provide hands-on spotting and guidance, and we will use a variety of drills and repetition to help students improve.

Train like a cheerleader. Perform like a Broadway star! Join us June 8th–June 12th from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM for our Broadway Cheer Camp: High School Musical Edition! This is a one-of-a-kind experience where athletes will train at Houston Elite Cheer while diving into Broadway-style choreography, musical theatre movement, and stage acting. Campers will also learn High School Musical Jr. routines and elevate their performance skills through elite-level training designed to build confidence, stage presence, and showmanship. And the best part? Participants will have the opportunity to perform in High School Musical Jr. at Match Theater on June 26th & 27th!
